OUR Clients are the BEST in the Business! We're honored to be included in their Corporate national registries of Preferred Notary Signing Agents (NSA's).

In-house schedulers rely on the registries which are continuously updated, assuring that the NSA selected is fully vetted and meets the high level of education, experience, credentials and a proven record of their personal commitment to closing settlement signings that produces fundable transactions, while ensuring the protection of documents and the Signers non public personal information (NPPI).

With so many changes occurring in the mortgage loan field and with more to come, Title/Escrow companies and THEIR Clients, Lenders, Realtors, Builders, and Attorneys, are racing to educate, re-train staff, upgrade equipment, test and maintain security, and expand procedures, to meet the new regulations from Government.

An interesting change for NSA's is their recent inclusion under the same laws regulating Title and Lender. At our firm, we are meeting the new challenges through additional training provided by Client programs, as well as our own certifying organization, the National Notary Association.
